ON-SITE & ONLINE TICKET SALES
The sale of tickets is subject to availability. Strictly no refund. In cases where prices are subject to change, prior notice hereto will be announced within the business day. In order to comply with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, Mzansi Theme Park will not make refunds, however, customers may elect to get complimentary tickets (valid until the end of each season – the end of April) or reschedule the date of their visit if their visit to the park is affected by unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Wild Waters Theme Park (For example load-shedding, adverse weather patterns).
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
Wild Waters Theme Park shall not be liable for any injury and loss suffered by visitors due to their own negligence, or harmful behaviour on their part or for any reason whatsoever.
DAMAGE AND LOSS OF PROPERTY
Wildwaters Theme Park shall not be liable for any loss or damage to property through theft, fire, collisions of cars in the parking area, or any reason whatsoever. All vehicles are parked at the owners’ risk. Please ensure all personal belongings are safely kept because Wild Waters Theme Park shall not be responsible for any loss or damage. You may use our safe lockers for the safekeeping of your belongings.
PARENT(S)/ GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITY
Parent(s) and/or guardian(s) must make sure that children do not stray into pools unattended. It is the responsibility of parents to ensure that their children are able to swim or participate in any water activities.
Food and Beverage Policy at Wild Waters
We want to inform you that, for the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, outside food and drinks will not be allowed upon entrance to Wild Waters Park.
However, we’re excited to announce that we will have a food court available on-site, offering a variety of food and beverage options for you to enjoy during your visit.
